Strength takes root here.Bold Roots CrossFit is proud to introduce HEAVY ROOTS, our dedicated Olympic Weightliftingprogram. This isn’t just a class — it’s a focused space for athletes to learn, lift, and growstronger under the bar.We focus on:
• Snatch
• Clean
• Jerk
• Squat / Pulls
Plus, supporting strength movements like squats, deadlifts, and overhead work to build totalbody power.
Who It’s For:
• New lifters learning foundational technique
• Developing lifters refining form and building strength
• Experienced athletes chasing serious progress
Coaching Hours
Small-group coaching is available:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Gym access is available any time during regular open hours for independent lifting.

• $160/month – Full HEAVY ROOTS membership
• $30/month add-on – For current Bold Roots CrossFit members
• $20 Drop-In –One-time access during regular gym hours (no coaching guaranteed outside 3pm6pm Tues. & Thurs and 10am-1pm Sat & Sun)
Personal Training (1-on-1 Coaching)
Whether you’re refining technique or chasing serious goals, get personalized coaching from ourweightlifting staff
Single Session:
• $75 / 1 session
Monthly Packages:
• Package A: $3001x per week (4 sessions/month)
• Package B: $4802x per week (8 sessions/month – $60/session)
• Package C: $6003x per week (12 sessions/month – $50/session)
⏰ Cancellation Policy:No-shows or same-day cancellations lose the session. Please give 24 hours'notice to reschedule.
