BOLD L.I.F.E.  — Longevity In Functional Efficiency — is our senior fitness program designed for adults 60+. Classes are tailored to build core strength, stronger bones and joints, improve balance and mobility, and increase energy and mental sharpness. Every session is led by our supportive coaching team in a welcoming, community-driven environment where progress is celebrated at every stage.

What to expect?

In each 60-minute, small-group class, you’ll receive personalized coaching, functional movements scaled to your ability, and a strong focus on safety. Sessions include a warm-up, strength and balance training, and conditioning designed to support independence, confidence, and overall health.

Prerequisites

BOLD L.I.F.E. is designed for adults 60 and older. No prior fitness or CrossFit experience is required — all movements are scaled to your ability level. Just book a Free Introductory Session and join us.
